When you select the goal of the campaign, the first screen, the different options have attributes. (Small gray print in the boxes.) Each performs a differently based on your following selections. I have spoken to support, a couple of times, they told me Display ADS can take up to a week (yes, five days!) to learn and begin issuing impressions.

The first screen I have is Choose Campaign Type. Nothing there about goals or display ads. The second is all the settings for Sponsored Product (which I chose) and again has nothing about these options. Regardless, thanks for chiming in.

It looks like the issue is the auto ad, or just something wonky about that specific auto ad. I did a manual one with 50 keywords off the top of my head and, like Anarchist said, it's already got impressions before I even have an email saying it's been approved by the review team.

It depends on the type of AD.  Display Campaigns take longer to "learn" and begin delivering impressing. Search Campaigns have a "learning curve" which I found to be shorter.

The type is "Sponsored Product". I don't see options with the names you mention so I'm not sure what you're referring to.

The Fountain. About a guy who lives a thousand years. Interesting but I wasn't really satisfied with the ending. I kept thinking back to the book: Tuck Everlasting by Natalie Babbitt, what a great story that was.

So bad, apparently, that Andrew Lloyd Webber got a dog.

ALW: "[I need the puppy] with me at all times because Iím emotionally damaged and I must have this therapy dog."

Airline: "Can you prove that you really need him?"

ALW: "Yes, just see what Hollywood did to my musical 'Cats.'"

Airline: "[Approved.] No doctorís report required."

For high-traffic keywords, I typically see impressions and clicks within one hour.

For auto ads I'm assuming the criteria will have a mix even though I can't see it. But I'll do a manual one today to see if that's different. At minimum, I'll be able to troubleshoot easier. My existing auto ads get some impressions every day even at basement-level bids. This new one is acting weird.

With the disaster that was last week, I forgot to give an update.

WWM - Not so much. I have had success in the past with their Reader Reach, this time it was a bust.

On the other hand, Fussy Librarian's ADs hit it out of the park. Over 3700 downloads. I have not yet recouped costs but sales are up and follow-on sales continue to trend positively.
