Mainly M/M.  Just finished self-publishing a bunch of books released when Samhain and Loose Id closed.  Working on a MF steampunk romance now.

Kia ora kiwis!

I am both kiwi and aussie, and I've already stuck my head in the aussie thread, so thought I better come in here and say hello to the other side of the Tasman too  Grin

Just curious, do you all set any of your books in New Zealand? Of mine, Over the Edge and its sequel Through the Cracks explicitly are, but my others are set in fictional places.

Half of my steamy romances are set in NZ, the other half in some unnamed location. The Sci-fi is set in outer space :)

I have one series softly set in NZ, one in the UK... my books tend to be set in whatever country I was living in at the time.

Hi all, fellow Kiwi here. I don't have my book covers or anything up for my profile yet, but I write f/f fiction, mainly historical romance and previously supernatural suspense. I tend to set my work here in this country, but have also used Australia and Britain as settings.

Pleased to meet you all!

There's a bookstore in Upper Hutt that sells NZ paperbacks. They will only deal with authors directly, not distributors. Check them out if you'd like to have yours sold there https://writersplot.org.nz/

How about a New Zealander living in Sydney?

I have written novels I like to think fit with Mystery, Thriller & Suspense in the SF vein. Hi there Kiwis.

Hi all! :mhk9U91:

Anyone in Wellington going to Lit Crawl (https://www.litcrawl.co.nz/), 8 - 11 November?

Or maybe you're in Auckland and going to the Auckland Book Festival (https://nzbookfestival.co.nz/), 17 November?

To all our friends in New Zealand, we share your pain. I am so very sorry your country has suffered such an act of violence and hatred. And my sincere condolences to all those personally affected by the Christchurch tragedy.

Yes, it's very very shocking. We need to know a lot more about what happened. There are so many questions to be answered.
