Tom Wood:
I lurked in Mark Dawson's Facebook Group for a while:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/SPFsecretgroup/
You have to ask to join, but they let me in so they aren't picky! :n2Str17:
Dawson markets his own 'how to' stuff pretty heavily, so buyer beware. The value comes in seeing the posts by others who share their experiences. It becomes repetitive after a while, but for someone completely new to running ads it can be helpful. You'll see discussions in there about other marketing tools like KDP Rocket, Machete and Yasiv. I haven't used those, but they may be worth a look.
I use Scrivener, and found the software publisher's forums to be very helpful:
http://www.literatureandlatte.com/forum/index.php
I used one of Gwen Hernandez's Scrivener templates, but haven't used her other resources yet:

Author Earnings has a take on Indie sales figures that the trad press ignores:

Lysmata Debelius:
Brilliant. Thanks Tom!
