Looking for a series recommendation
« on: December 14, 2018, 02:19:12 AM »
On of my favorite series has to be John Ringo's that starts "Under a Graveyard Sky" (I dont know if he has an actual series name). It is pretty much the opposite of what i read and really got me started on post apoc books.  Its gory and violent and seems to spend forever talking about weapon. Yet i still really enjoy the book go figure. I am searching for a series of a similar ilk and have yet to be successful.

I would really prefer a series that is longer.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well, my apocalyptic saga of 17 books is not that gory or gun-porny, but it's in the ball park. Start with The Eden Plague and see if you like it. It's free in ebook form on all vendors.

Zombie post-apoc: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008TQ0T8A/

It's a 14-book series with a few additional standalones thrown into the mix.

Note that it's a successful series so it may fall outside your criteria.

Might want to re-read his "successful" line for comprehension. ;)

I didn't mean the series couldn't be successful. Sorry if I wrote that wrong. I just meant I had been unsuccessful in finding anything I liked as much as that series.

Nah. You wrote it perfectly. That was my goof. :)

Idontknowyet, you might like my post apoc series set in Australia, you can check the reviews.

Book 1 is free at the moment.
Post-apocalypse or epic fantasy anyone?
Or perhaps tarot and astrology are more up your alley?
