True, finally some good news for us amateurs...

The relevant bits begin at the 2:00 mark, the free revisions are referenced a 4:10.

Apologies for being pedantic... I didn't get an email...

The IS "free updates" have now been delayed until February, 2026.

We'll see how that goes.

I am literally poking my head into the forum to try and find out whether Ingram Spark still ever give out discount codes for free updates ... and I find this!

Bonus!

(no I did not get an email from them about it.)

I'll gladly suffer 1.875 per cent over 50 bucks a pop. And face it, 25 bucks for a single update was pretty much dead in the water. We all know that it was a new cover plus the interior for 50 bucks. If one wanted an acceptable standard of print book, that is.

Free revisions with no limits are coming on February 1st!

Huh. Well, I guess they meant free revisions will begin on February 2. February 3.

Okay. So, I clicked past the 25 buck revision fee popup and uploaded a new cover. There was no notice of a credit card charge, so I guess it's working, but for the initial popup requiring the fee.

I currently have five or six free revisions uploaded for my Ingram p-books, and I'm working on cover revisions for the remaining 15 or so p-books. Aren't free updates great?!
