On 15th September Amazon Australia sold 1 print copy of mine to a reader.
It arrived at the readers place on 21st September. She got me to sign it that afternoon. :-)
It is now 1st December, and Amazon has still not reported the print book sale to Draft2Digital. I guess $0.00 beats your $0.01.
One interesting question is how many more print copies have Amazon sold and not reported on to D2D.
A second question: is D2D print reporting correct.
Who knows? Maybe it takes more than 2.5 months for Amazon to report to D2D print!

Unfortunately a lot of transactions for books are done on trust. How would we ever know if the sales figures are accurate?  :icon_rolleyes:
