B&N publishing dashboard showing zero sales
« on: February 18, 2019, 02:36:55 PM »
Just like the topic says: my B&N dashboard is suddenly showing no sales and no downloads as of the 15th.

I have several permafrees, so I'm 99% certain this is a reporting problem.

The other faint possibility is that it's a software problem with, for example, my books not being able to be bought or downloaded, I suppose.

I have emails in to them.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Would someone with a Nook account like to download a free book of mine just to test whether it's working for them?

Just google, say, Loose Ends Nook Vandyke and it should be at the top.

Thanks in advance.

I'm having the same issue. No sales since the 13th for me, but B&N has been abnormally low for me all month, so I figured it finally just died. :shrug

Patty Jansen said on TOP that this seems to be a widespread problem.

That's reassuring and concerning all at once...

Sales frozen for me, too.

I'm a bit surprised nobody created a thread sooner. I guess most folks are in KU these days, or the wide veterans are used to Nook delays.

You'd think they'd put some sort of message on the dashboard after a few days!!

Well, I check every day most days, and with the standard Nook 2-day delay, I only noticed this yesterday, then immediately posted this thread.

However, as of just now, it seems to be back and okay...

*added* --and it looks like several days were revised upward.

I had a day get revised *downward* when the delay kicked in. Here's hoping when I check later today it's all back. :-)

...and with the standard Nook 2-day delay...

You can actually see sales for the current day and day before by scrolling to the bottom of the page and looking on the left-hand side. If you have sales on both days you have to toggle between the two days, but they show there. They just don't make it into the month-to-date numbers for two days.

Hey thanks--I never noticed that.
