I have 5 ARC copies available for the print version of Formatting for Print (which means they come in a PDF). The only difference between the print and ebook version are the images. To include all the images, I'd have to pay Amazon to deliver the book

If you want to learn to format for print, this book is amazing. I was lucky enough to get an early copy and am just about finished formatting my new release for print. I followed the directions in the book and was also able to set it up so I can export an epub, too. I have Vellum and like it, but have been frustrated by the lack of customization. I finally have the look I've wanted for both print and epub. It's extra work over Vellum, definitely, but to me it's worth it.
