So, I've been freelance writing on Fiverr for about a year now. It took awhile to tweak gigs that worked for me, but I developed a blog interview to help promote authors on my children's and romance blogs. I've also been helping authors write their sales blurbs for retailers and author bios as custom orders. It's giving me an income from writing that I've used to pay for editing for my last children's book, some of the cover cost, and completely supports some of my romantic shorts costs.
And now, they've started putting up courses to help hone your skills for Fiverr, ie marketing writing skills. Darn, if I just wasn't thinking I'd like to do this to hone my skills so I could expand my gigs into more things that authors need like author bio blurb, summaries of the book, etc.
I'm looking over the Jon Youshaei course on "7 Stories that Sell: Creating Killer Content" to help work on my hooks and titles, etc. Better marketing content will help my clients. And yes, I can use the money I earn on Fiverr to pay for it.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else was doing marketing Fiverr gigs to help out other writers and support your own writing, and what you thought of the new courses.
