Bookbub ad upload

Would someone go to the Boookbub create an ad page and see if they can get the 'Upload a creative' to work? I have never had this problem before and I have notified BB with no response. For a couple of days when I click on that nothing happens which means I can't upload a creative. I was planning on basing a freebie promotion on a BB ad so in desperation I used their sucky 'create an ad'.

I just can't figure out for sure if the problem is on my side or theirs. If someone could check, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

It worked for me an hour ago but it was super slow to upload. Something's a bit wonky today. Hopefully yours will work.
