Title: Recommended book promotion services?

Could we have a sticky here with a list of recommended sites for book promotions? When I google for this I see all kinds of services recommended, some that I am pretty sure are dodgy.

The recommended ones I'm aware of are Bookbub, Robin Reads, and Ereader News Today.

Any others worth using?

Seeing as this question comes up again and again, I think a list would be a great idea  :icon_cool:
Not that I'm much help, since it's been forever since I have promoted my books.

I always recommend Nicholas Erik's site. He keeps it updated and I've found that it agrees with my own findings and experiments even though we write in different genres. It's a great place to start, in my opinion.
