Title: Audio Book as a loss leader

Has anyone thought of posting their audio books on youtube advertise their ebooks?

Posting each chapter of a book will get you 30-50 posts for one book and different spots to draw someone into your writing. You can also monitze youtube and get a little bit of cash too.

I'm exclusive with Audible, so it would be against the terms. But I would imagine that someday authors will be making their book 1s permafree, once it's feasible.

We could do with a 'how to monetise your audio book on Youtube'  I think I'd go for it.

I have been thinking about giving away one of my audio books, but had not thought of using YT for the purpose. That's definitely something to think about.
