Hey, y'all.

University of Iowa in the US (home of the Iowa Writers' Workshop) is offering a new Massive Online Open Course on Stories of Place: Writing and the Natural World.

It's completely free and you can sign up right here:

https://iowa.novoed.com/#!/courses/stories-of-place-iwp/flyer (https://iowa.novoed.com/#!/courses/stories-of-place-iwp/flyer)

I've taken a couple of their classes in the past and found them to informative and challenging. Be warned: these definitely tend to be classes with a literary fiction slant. I haven't taken one in some time, but that was my experience.

However, I learned great things and took away tips to use in my genre fiction writing.

Anyway, sign up if you're interested!
