Just checked my payment reports and noticed that for the USA and Canada, the KU/KOLL royalties are missing.
i.e. the payment shows only the sales royalties.
The UK payment includes both.
Just wanted to check if other were seeing the same before I bother raising this with KDP. I'm pretty sure it has happened before but last time it was just in the UK.

I've sent a message to KDP, I hope they fix the issue quickly!

Yip. My US payment was okay, but my Canada payment was missing my KU/KOLL payment. My UK sales payments were UP a couple of pounds from what they should be, although my KU/KOLL was spot on. And my India payment was down a few rupees from what it should be.
All very strange. I've sent them a message, which I hate doing - it feels like I have to write to them about something or other at least once a week :icon_sad: Hope it gets sorted soon for everyone.

Thanks for pointing this out. My US numbers are fine (phew!) but CA is missing the KU payments. I assume it will come through at some stage without prodding? Fingers crossed.

Now that you mention it, I think you're right about the withholding - I've just checked and Ireland has a 5% withholding rate, so that would explain the rupees being lower. My bad. Gonna have to say a big Homer Simpson style Doh! on that one. It's probably been slightly less before, too, and I've just not noticed because I make so little in India.
But I do okay in Canada, so hopefully they'll give us all our sweet Canadian dollars sooner than later Grin

Same, missing from the US store as well. It isn't much as I'd only had a few days in KU in September, but still....

Also missing my US KU payment from Sep, as of now. Haven't checked Canada numbers. I'm sure they'll make an adjustment as soon as they realize it's systemic.

I got a response to my query, they were very apologetic and have escalated the issue to the Accounts Payable Team and will contact me by Nov 28.
I'm sure they must be aware by now that many authors are affected.

I got a response, too. The person who wrote to me was apologetic and helpful, and said they'll be in touch by the 27th with news of what's going on with my Canada payment. My UK over-payment was apparently because they'd underpaid me for the UK previously, and were making up the difference. The India store issue was indeed because of tax withholding.

I got a U.S. payment notification and the missing amount has been added to my payment tab, phew. I hope everyone else gets their missing payments.

Yes, I got an email and the missing payment has turned up on the payments tab. I didn't email Amazon, so it looks like they've done a general correction.

The KU adjustment came in as a separate line item for me. At least it's in there now.

Same. Received an email for the adjustment, and I can see the missing payment on my payments dashboard now. Glad it seems to have worked itself out.
