Title: Amazon Resumes Shipping to Australia
Post by: djmills on November 22, 2018, 03:16:48 AM: Found an interesting article on Amazon.com resuming shipping to Australia. I hope it is true, because I can order proof copies of my books again.

Probably means they couldn't actually fix it.

So turning back on the access was the simple answer.

Post by: Simon Haynes on November 22, 2018, 07:26:07 PM: I did try ordering author copies earlier today, but as I mentioned in the Oz thread on here, they specified the 22nd as the 'revert to sanity' date, which is more or less tomorrow (23rd) in our time zone.

Post by: M R M on November 23, 2018, 08:16:33 AM: This is fantastic news. I still haven't done anything about ensuring my titles did the kdp transition properly, because, why would I? I think I was not alone in not giving a flying cow poop about it since I was blocked from accessing copies anyway. If the access is back on, then it suddenly is worth looking into instead of ignoring it.

No way! It does not work. Why am I not surprised?
I guess I will have to look at publishing print through Ingram Spark.
