Title: Online writing classes available at a steep discount
Post by: CoraBuhlert on December 26, 2018, 09:30:25 AM
SFWA president Cat Rambo, who also offers online writing classes via her Rambo Academy for Wayward Writers, has a three day sale (December 24 to 26), where all classes are available for only 5 USD plus tax, where applicable. (http://www.kittywumpus.net/blog/2018/12/24/three-day-rambo-academy-sale/) Some good stuff there, so check it out.

I just bought the space opera class and will report back later.

How did you find it? I went through it quickly to see what it contained, but I'm doing the plot one at the moment.

I thought it was pretty good. Short and to the point, with some useful nuggets. There were a few bits that I only skimmed, such as the discussion on how reading for a month straight is a perfectly good use of one's time, which is why I got through it quickly.
