For FACEBOOK: Do you successfully target iBooks and Kobo readers by narrowing the audience to people interested in iBook or Kobo?

My Kobo / iBooks ads don't convert as well as my Amazon FB ads, and I'm wondering if they're targeting non-Kobo / non-iBook readers because they occasionally show up on MY FB feed.

Do you have tips for getting them shown to the right peeps?

For Kobo try only targeting Canada (if you're not already). That should help.
