Hi everyone, I hope you all had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I am starting to organise cross promotions for the coming months. I am changing things up a little and going back to the monthly promotions (that run for the entire month) but am only going to do them every other month, as I was to focus a little more on writing this years.

Hopefully, there will still be something for everyone.

I'm in the final stages of editing a new release I hope to get up in the next few days, but I usually don't sign up for promos until the book is actually up. What's the deadline for the February promotions?

Also, if a book qualifies for both types of promotion (a new release priced at $0.99 that's also in KU), may it be in both, or do you restrict to one per month?

Thanks for taking the time to do these. I'm sure everyone who participates appreciates the effort.

Hi Bill, I usually close the form about 4 days before, but if you want to fill in your details, I can give you a shout for your book link closer to the date.

I am happy for you to put it in both promotions, as long as you are okay to promote both :)

Thanks for the quick response. I'm sure the book will be up well before the deadline.

As for the second question, I realize that I should have been more awake before I asked it. The book will no longer be priced at $0.99 by the time the promotion goes live. However, it's good to know the answer in case a situation arises in the future. Or I may have a different book I'll promote in February that will fit both criteria. (Now that I think about it, my first book is due for a promotion and meets both criteria. But maybe I'll put the new book in one and the first book in the other. I'll give it some thought.)
