For a while Amazon encouraged people to send concerns about books to [email protected]. In the past several days the content-review email shifted to infringement complaints and the new email they are asking people to send concerns to is [email protected].

Possibly something as innocuous as an internal restructure / re-organisation?

I have learned that reporting people for content violations results in nothing happening.

I don't bother anymore. Amazon clearly doesn't care.

That's the current theory. A shifting of responsibility, perhaps?
