Publish Drive is a distributor like D2D and Smashwords, except it sends books not just to our usual wide markets, but also to markets overseas. I signed up with them last year, but I have to report the results are not encouraging. Since I was already selling through the US + Kobo markets and don't use Publish Driver for those, it is not surprising.
The problem is, there are no marketing avenues, that I have found, that promote to those other companies. So...if your looking to build a Bookbub like venue, you might consider promoting to all those other booksellers. They have a list of them somewhere on their site. https://admin.publishdrive.com/home/
Ah, here's the list of stores - https://publishdrive.com/stores.html

I took down my books on Draft2Digital and put them up on Publish Drive. I started to get sales, but when I received the payment Publish Drive had passed the Paypal fee on to me. I took all my books down and returned to D2D. There were a couple more problems, but that was the biggest one I had with them.

Of the four aggregators with which I am familiar (D2D, Smashwords, PublishDrive, Streetlib), I think each one has a certain numbers of venues unique to it, but most of them are tiny. I've tried them and gotten zero sales.
The thing that irks me a little is that a lot of the obscure outlets aren't described by the aggregators. I could have saved the hassle of submitting books to bookstores that only take works in Hungarian, for example, or that only take works in particular genres. Also, a lot of those outlets take months to get a book listed or just never respond one way or the other. The long list does draw the eye, but I doubt there are many sales to be had, even from all of them combined, at least for books written in English.
