Title: AMS/AA is hanging up when I try to create an ad

First I got the "Payment method problem can only save as draft"

I went in and changed the payment method to another credit card, then changed it back.

Now it goes to a blank screen with just the heading when I hit create ad.   I did create one ad before this happened and it is delivering.  Am prepared to wait it out but it's always nice to know it's not just me.  Thanks, Amanda

Last week, I went into KDP Reports dashboard to link to the ad campaigns/ads dashboard page (like I always do) and the ad campaigns header was gone. Just...gone.

I eventually went to my ad dashboard through a direct link (just by googling Amazon Advertising) but I thought that was odd. Then I noticed the header popping up this week that said navigation improvements were coming.

So, I figured they're working on that platform right now, which in my experience, means things might be a little wonky here and there.

I have no idea if this is anything to do with the challenges you've had, but I wonder.

Still hanging up in the same spot.  I'll try a different browser, see if that fixes it.

Side rant: Ad got rejected last night, because the title was misspelled.  I did probably ten ads on that book last night and that was the only one that was a problem.

I was able to create ads today.   Now I've got a major office error, Excel won't open, I thought it was an Amazon problem when the advertising reports didn't work, but Excel won't open independently and neither will Word.  So I don't think I can blame Amazon for that.   Going to reboot now, fingers crossed, but otherwise.   :help

Thanks, I had to uninstall and reinstall Office, but support did that for me while I kept an eye on the chap and cleaned up the kitchen.   I am not looking forward to the next glitch, they seem to be getting worse.
