Title: College kids

So the daughter moved back to college yesterday (her third year) and I'm all boo-hoo! yayayayayay! today. I need to write and the mind is not cooperating. Commiserations and prodding welcome. :)

I know how you feel! My eldest lived with me for 5-6 months while she finished up at Uni, and moved interstate earlier this year.

You miss 'em when they're gone, but wow, the productivity gains...

That's no joke. But now I have no one but myself to blame when I can't concentrate on writing. ;-)

I miss her already, but man, I really love the quiet and even more so, the simple feeling of knowing I won't be interrupted once I start something. Once I get used to it again, I really hope to see those productivity gains. :)
