I thought I was losing my mind, but I just tested it three times in a row to see. If I pause two ads in a portfolio, it only pauses the first one. I have to go back into "All Campaigns" to the portfolio and pause another one to get it to stick.
Just thought everyone should be aware. I was planning on spending a lot of time today on ads, now I guess it will be even more. I am not happy about this.

That was happening a while back, too. I think you can also just refresh the page and then pause the next one as another way of getting it to work.

Thanks. It just seems a little predatory to me. Allow people to pause a bunch of ads and then only pause one. I want to declare shenanigans.

Three of my new ads weren't getting any impressions "0" and I discovered although they were active on the dashboard page, they were turned off when I clicked on the name I gave each ad individually.

Most likely a coding error. I've bought stuff on sites where you can modify the shopping cart; they look like you can change quantities (or delete) on multiple items in your cart in one swoop, but if you do that, only one change will take. Then you have to modify the others one by one.
And maybe not so much a coding error as sloppy coding. Someone should have caught that before it went live.

This. Don't ascribe to malice what can be explained by sloppiness.

What if it's a favorite hobby of mine? But seriously, ever time I order something on Amazon, I make sure I have the minimum so I can get the free shipping. When I go to check out, they always have the paid shipping checked off. I've even seen instances where the paid shipping will take longer than the free. So yeah, I'm kind of jaded and cynical, but the point of my post was just for people not to be caught unawares. If I hadn't been doing a lot of work on ads today I would have paused a bunch and gone onto something else, and the ads I wanted paused would have gone on spending.
