For five years, I got excellent formatting for a very reasonable price from a well-known formatting studio in Australia. Then last year it all went to hell. My emails always mysteriously got lost or sent to the spam folder, etc., only to be "discovered" days or weeks later. After a gap of many months, my recent emails to that studio have gone unanswered. I think that's a good indication they do not want my business anymore.
I have the names of some excellent formatters (I don't want to do the formatting myself), but I'd appreciate some additional nominations.
