Hello Authors!

I am just about to finish my internship at a publisher in the UK and they have said that they will keep giving me work on a freelance basis (editing, proofreading, webdesign, typesetting, ebook conversion, etc.).

It is unlikely that I will get enough work from this publisher to cover my rent/ expenses so I am looking for more editing work on a freelance basis.

The books which I have enjoyed working on the most have been science fiction and crime but I am open to any genre!

Please do not say you are open to any genre. If you don't know the tropes of a genre, you're not going to be particularly useful as a beta reader even though you may have serious chops as an analytical editor. Just saying.

Please list other genres you read and like. It's important. Thanks and good luck.

Thanks for your advice. I am just starting out as a freelance Beta Reader so I appreciate it . :)

I read a wide variety of books; my favourite genres are:
- Literary Fiction
- Crime
- Science Fiction
- Horror

I have recently got more into fantasy fiction but have not read as much of that genre.
