Interesting idea. Someone has already done it with horror novels. The technology to turn pictures into puzzles already exists, so it's just a question of a website and marketing.

I was doing puzzles a lot over the winter. I don't know why one needs a special website for that. Couldn't you just use shutterfly or collage.com? If you were doing cons, and had cool artwork, you could buy a couple and sell them at your booth. Take orders for additional ones. If there are ever cons again.

This is an excellent idea. I can see it being very genre specific though. I just can't see someone wanting to assemble a naked chest man cover puzzle.
On the other hand I can see this thriving in sic fi and fantasy.
