Here's the link to their page. (I hope links are okay. If not, google Wonder Woman Viral Listbuilder and silverempire dot org.)

Promo seems to be the usual contest plus we mention on our newsletters.

I have joined a couple of them and results vary. You'll get a decent amount of subs but it will be your job to convert them into readers.

What bothers me is that they expect you to share the promo twice in 9 days. Not everyone has weekly lists, and what are the odds that the dates fall within these 9 days?
Is the idea to also use the opportunity to annoy your list so you clean it up?

Good point. Every time I send out a newsletter, lots of names gotten via giveaway promos unsubscribe. An easy way to clean the list. grint

FWIW, I wouldn't contact my list twice on the same topic in a nine-day period. It would annoy me if I got emails like that. Now if you could share to your list and then do a blog post, Twitter, etc. for the other mention, that would be fine.
But I followed the link, and it really seems you need to contact your newsletter peeps twice. And a lot of the new people on your list are only going to be there for prizes. I don't think prizes as rewards convert very well to long-term readers, so I don't think the expense would be worth it. I'd rather have people who want my free book. YMMV. :)

I only contact my list when I have something important to say, like a new release or a special deal. Strangely enough, I've never sent out emails twice in nine days.
