Title: Writer's Beware - Trackerbox isn't what it used to be

Not sure where I should post this, so feel free to move the thread if necessary.

I've been using Trackerbox for quite a few years with only minor glitches, but now they're not so minor.  The Amazon and D2D files no longer import, and I've attempted to contact the creator through various emails for two months without reply.

If you don't use it now, don't buy it.

I've never used Trackerbox, but I do use Mark's StoryBox writing software.

I do hope he is okay. With this pandemic still rife, one never knows.

He updated his blog in April of this year (after I notified him through Trackerbox about the problems), so I'm not sure what's up.
