I figured it would. Cost. $75.00, sales at $2.99, 4. oh well.

The few times I've run Bargainbooksy, I flopped. Freebooksy is better, but still not worth the price.

Yep, their readers only want free books and I've over saturated the place with mine. However, they do promote wide and I refused to pay for Amazon only - except the few ams ads I run on the weekends.
I need to get out more.

Thanks for sharing the results.
Even bookbub i've heard doesn't really work for anything over .99cents except for trads that have books from7.99-13.99 then 1.99 looks like a steal.

I agree. My last bookbub was for a free book, the downloads were half of what they were last time and the follow-though lasted less than two weeks. It will be interesting to see if they start lowering their prices. If you and I aren't buying, I suspect a lot of other Indies aren't either.

I was so disappointed with a BargainBooksy that they gave me a free FreeBooksy to make up for it. Nice of them. You could discuss the flop with them. It wouldn't hurt.

I would, but it hasn't been very long since they gave me a free one. (They contacted me out of the blue.) Sadly, I think they're really struggling to survive.

I don't know the ins and outs of their costs, but to me their ad prices are simply too high. People do not buy enough to justify my spend. It might mean they ought to be tougher on their curation and start rejecting people with books like mine.

I don't think they reject books.
