Has anyone heard from Mark Fassett - creator of TrackerBox and StoryBox software lately?

I'm having a real problem with StoryBox and emailed support 2 weeks ago, but crickets...

He seems to have vanished - all too plausible in these times of pandemics and storms. I hope it isn't so, but has anyone heard of him lately?

I checked his blog. Seems he has not blogged since April 22, 2021 - almost 12 months ago. Guess you will have to wait, or move to different software.

Thanks, Diane. He hasn't posted anything on FB in that time, either. I fear the worst.

I've managed a work around to the problem - it's a tad long winded, but it will do. I'm loth to give up on the programme as I love it so much and the thought of going back to Scrivener...shudder.
