I think most of us are familiar with Jane Friedman: An author says AI is ‘writing’ unauthorized books being sold under her name on Amazon

I think this is just the tip of the iceberg, and those touting this whole "AI" writing thing are going to end up named and shamed eventually. If enough of the "big" name authors and places like the Author's Guild get loud enough, Amazon might finally make a statement about not allowing "AI" work on the site.
