For those not aware, I wasn't until this morning, Amazon ADs now allows art and video for Sponsored Brands.

I've been waiting a long time for this ad function with my trailers. Thanks!
Does anyone know a program they'd recommend where I can just snip the end of my video? It won't upload unless it's <45 sec

Adobe claims to have a free online video editor, here (https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/editor).

But a quick search reveals a ton of "free" options.

There are plenty of alternatives (free and paid) to ♨:

Davinci Resolve (www.blackmagicdesign.com)

HitFilm Pro (www.fxhome.com/hitfilm-pro)

OpenShot Video Editor (www.openshot.org)

I've been seeing ads with video for a while now. It's good Amazon is now allowing access by KDP authors.
