Title: How do I correct for KDP skewing my text on my paperback cover?
Post by: Gregg Bell on January 02, 2025, 10:36:30 AM
Happy New Year!

My text is perfectly centered in the .pdf image, but the way KDP cuts it, the text on the front cover is pulled way to the right and the text on the back cover is pulled is pulled way to the left. I realize nothing is actually pulled, but how do I do this so my text is centered? Thanks.

This looks like a setting that's supposed to allow for, or establish, the spline of the cover. Instead of dabbling with the front and back cover settings, look at your spline borders and bleed settings.
