All the cover designers in the cover design forum seem to specialize in various fiction genres - sci-fi, romance, thriller, horror, etc.
I'm sure they'd take my money for a non-fiction design, but it seems to me that it's a different style of art, and if I'm going to pay for a custom cover design, I probably ought to look for someone who's good at what I actually need, not just a sci-fi cover author deleting the battlestar from his usual setup and putting my finance title on the same background.
Any advice for where to find a non-fiction (finance) cover designer?

I used to design quite lot of non-fiction covers, but due to being overwhelmed with too many projects I had to reduce the number of genres I cater for. Now I only work in certain fiction categories.
