An AMS (no, it's AA?) thread
« on: September 23, 2018, 04:42:36 AM »
We need a place to keep discussing this mysterious advertising system.

My latest conundrum is that I used to get nearly daily emails from Amazon saying my ads had run out of budget. I'm not getting them at all anymore, even though my two highest-budget ads are lower priced than previously. Anybody notice any changes?

It's been months since I hit a daily budget.

Has anyone seen the US dashboard looking like the UK one yet? The UK dash is light years ahead in reporting, filtering and so on.

I'm still getting the old dashboard, and wondering when I'll see something new - like being able to just see the current month's worth of information.

Yeah, AMS should probably have its own exclusive section (there's already a marketing section. Maybe it should be for all marketing aside from AMS).

Saw this weird notice at the top of my Amazon Ads billing history page:

Promotional credit available
Click Credit for Advertising - July 2018 ($0.89): $0.00 to use by 02/27/2019
Promo code

We'll use your promotional credit before we charge your method of payment for advertising.

I guess Amazon is rounding 89 cents down to zero? I had plans for that money...
