KDP Sales Dashboard reports broken for anyone else?

I download these reports daily, and when I loaded this morning's file into my scanner software I discovered all my royalies for June (month to date) had vanished. The sales figures (books sold) are still there, as is the KENP royalty, but everything else has gone.

At first I thought they might have changed their spreadsheet format, but when I opened up today's file and compared it to yesterday's, over 900 lines of data have vanished.

So, I fired off a quick email to KDP support to ask whether this is a known issue.

The reason I'm posting here is to find out whether anyone else is seeing the same thing. Widespread issues I can deal with, because I know they'll sort it out eventually, but I'll start jumping up and down immediately if it's just me.

Further investigation shows that paperbacks are fine. It's just the royalties on the ebook sales.

(To be clear, the 'Royalties Earned' section on the Sales Dashboard shows all the royalties just fine. And, if I visit the new 'Beta' royalties report, it's showing the royalties as expected.)

I downloaded the 'Prior months report' for June, and that's broken as well.

Awaiting KDP's response... I really want to get this sorted before Jun 30, or there's a chance they'll hold the royalties over for an extra month.

I'm short around $10k overnight so, yeah, I'd say they've got a glitch.

I am seeing the same thing.  I think it is merely a glitch with the spreadsheet generation, as the estimated royalties reported on the Sales Dashboard page appear to be correct.  So I presume that payments will not be affected.  But let's hope they get it fixed soon.   I am sure I am not the only one who has all sorts of fancy home-brew reports depending on that spreadsheet.  (And oh! please God! I hope their "solution" isn't -- use the new Beta reports.  Because they are ghastly.)

Mine seem to be fine, at least in BR, which has a note posted about KDP issues.

Yep, and the new beta reports don't even have a downloadable spreadsheet yet.

At least the sales numbers are still going up, even if the dollars have vanished.

Everything looks fine for me - sales / page reads are in line with the books' rankings. I'm coming off the back of promotions last week, so higher sales and page reads than normal for me just now.

I did have a slow down / dead stop earlier in the month, but then noticed that extra page reads seemed to be credited a few days later.

For everyone affected - hope it gets sorted soon.

They just wrote back and said they can't see anything wrong, so I sent them a selection of spreadsheets from the past 2 weeks. (They asked me to forward them.)

I know the dash & online reports are all fine, it's just the spreadsheet report which is missing 80% of the rows it had yesterday.

All the figures are back this morning, so perhaps my email to them paid off.
