Zooming in on pages when formatting for PDF

I (think) I've now worked out how to format a novel as a PDF, for paperback, but something is bothering me.
I've been using the KDP paperback template, and filling in each template page with my text.
The template shows two pages side by side.
But I like to zoom in on the text, so that I can see it better, to check for errors.
When I zoom in on it, the two pages which were side by side become one page.
I'm guessing that you have to zoom out again to get back to two pages side by side, before you create the PDF?
Otherwise, the PDF will consist of single pages which are not side by side?

View mode in Adobe doesn't affect how it will print. :)
Don't rush me.

Are you in Word? I think that's just a screen thing. If it's set up to have facing pages, no matter what view it's in, it will save/print/save as PDF with facing pages.
