IS keywords and longer description

For a print book, and for Ingram Spark, do you generally use the same keywords as you do for Amazon?  Anything special for that?

Secondly, for the longer description, would it make sense to have a synopsis?  My thought is that the only people who will see the longer description are those ordering the book from IS, mostly booksellers.  Maybe I'm wrong about that, maybe individuals order through IS, but if not is the longer blurb a chance to hook decision makers on the story and the writing and convince them to order the book for their customers?

Thanks for the help guys.

ETA - Third question - I went through the setup and loaded the print file.  It wants me to order a proof, but I haven't uploaded the cover yet.  I can't see where to upload the cover.  Does that come later?  All it asked me for was an interior file.   Thanks for the help, Amanda

Edited again - I should mention I am ordering a cloth book with a dust jacket, so maybe that is why?  But where do you upload the cover for the dust jacket?

Final edit - You have to upload both the text and cover file, one after the other, while you are on that screen for it to take both of them.  It doesn't tell you it took both of them, it just replaces the first one with the second one but when you continue it says it worked.
