Just swinging by to let you know about a phishing scam doing the rounds.

If you get an email from 'account-alert @ amazon' don't click it, tis a scammy mcscammer phishing for your account details.

Report it, block it, and tell everyone you know to do the same.

I get these all the time, not only Amazon but purporting to be Facebook, Sky and anyone else you want to name. The trick is to look at the email address; usually it is something that is totally unlikely to be genuine. For instance, I got one from 'Sky' telling me my email was blocked; it had an email address that ended @btinternet. These would-be scammers are not very bright.

Their English is usually appalling as well.
