AMS in France, Italy and Spain?

I can't read it but that's my best guess.  Have to take the kid to the bus stop (10 degrees F right now) or I would plop it in google translate.

Yes, I got an English language email to that effect - sponsored products only. Seems to be a slow roll out as the other writing group I'm in, some people report having it for a while, and others still don't have it.

I am still getting to grips with AMS .com , so will be a while before I venture into other countries!

I think you need an Amazon Advantage account. I have one in the UK and managed to add IT/ES/FR but when I go to the pages they say I'm not authorised. Couldn't add them via my US or DE accounts.

They'll probably roll it out via KDP eventually. I'm still waiting for CA and AU.

Just got the email via KDP, and I'm setting up a campaign in Spain now.

AU will still be about 5 years away.

Took nearly that long to get KU.
Genres: Space Opera/Fantasy/Cyberpunk, with elements of LitRPG and GameLit, with a touch of the Supernatural. Also Spiritual and Games.

Yes I have all of them on the tab now when you go in via the bookshelf on KDP.
I think it will be great for those of you who have books in various languages, so good luck with those.

I'm really excited about starting AMS in the UK. I'm wary about other countries outside UK, Australia and Canada because I don't have many sales through Amazon outside those three countries. My home is in the US.

The other thing to consider is review count. Surely people click on your book through AMS when looking at the # of reviews and many of us just don't have a lot of reviews, or any at all, in some of these outlying countries. Perhaps lower competition will offset this? I don't know. Even in the UK, where I sell a decent amount of books, I only have one review posted. But I'm giving the UK a shot.

Anyway, it's still great that we have the ability to do this now. They'll probably push the functionality everywhere internationally soon.

Sorry for adding another post to myself, but I wanted to share my moment of epiphany with you. [Hand hitting forehead]

Here's my theory: Just today the verified reviews for one of my books is showing in the UK. This means that it is now viable for me to advertise there, for previously there was only one lukewarm review. Now it shows as 9 reviews (10 would be better, but still it's good enough). So now I'm advertising both books in the UK.

The hand-hitting-forehead thing is because it is now clear to me that Amazon is adding international verified reviews for exactly this reason: It makes it viable for us to advertise internationally. It's a win-win for those who have limited reviews. I could be wrong, but it certainly fits the changes we're seeing on Amazon. If I'm right, we'll be seeing our international verified reviews in France, Italy and Spain very shortly.

Huh, interesting theory.
