ACX Sales Reporting Problem
« on: October 17, 2018, 08:53:14 AM »
Hey all,

Just a quick note that ACX is apparently having some issues with reporting. I recently released an audio book, and no sales had been reported after a few days . . . but then reviews started trickling in, which was odd. So when I asked for my promo codes I mentioned this, and this is the response I got:

"After reviewing your feedback, I confirmed that there appears to be a site issue preventing the availability of the correct number of sales and Bounty reports. We have received this information from other ACX users as well.

I have added your case to the research ticket that is being resolved by our developers. Our team is working diligently to have it resolved as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as they work through this."

Just FYI

It happens often. The email you received from ACX is boilerplate.

These days, I only reach out if it happens several days in a row. That's because I track daily sales, and it irks me to not see them.

This morning, my dashboard was updated to reflect sales from the past six days. Annoying because my spreadsheet has a bunch of zeroes, but whaddaya gonna do?

Awhile back, I woke up to see that my dashboard recorded -550 sales from the previous day. THAT got my attention. I immediately reached out to ACX. The next day, my dashboard was updated with 730 sales. Again, annoying but...
