Can't create new AMS/AA ads, problem with payment

I checked with the credit card company, the card is fine and the last charge from AMS, over a week ago, went through fine.  I sent a request via the help page for clarification.  Argh.

I've had this a couple times recently. I have two cards on my account, I just click to the other, click back to the original one without any changes and save and it works again.

I got an email back this morning, saying they didn't know what the problem was, but they'd look into it, but by then it was working.  I don't want to switch cards back and forth, I get 3% back on advertising on the card I'm using.   I kind of remember having this problem with my amazon account as a customer and I ended up adding another card then. 

Edit:  Maybe I didn't understand.  You just click on the other card, then click back to the one you want and save it and it worked?  I will try that next time, thanks.  Though not having a next time would be preferable.  :)

Exactly. I end up using the same card I always was with no need to change any information on the card. And weird thing when this happens is that my ads are still running just fine, so it's some sort of phantom issue with payment that isn't an actual payment issue.

Yeah, it was so bizarre, they didn't shut off my ads, just wouldn't let me do a new one.  But thank you I will try that if the phantom problem happens again.
