KDP Content Does Not Match Updates?

I recently did an update and both approved and published to the platform.  But it does not match what I submitted.  The price is wrong even though the new price is listed on the bookshelf correctly, but wrong publically.  The cover image on amazon is now right, but the content is wrong.  And when you click to view the sample, it reverts to the old version.  How do you get it to update?  I looked all over the amazon admin panels and can't find where it is.

Are you sure the price is not lower somewhere else? That is something you can ask them, also if you have paperbacks and they are lowering the price on those they can and will lower the ebook price as they see fit.

If you can get authorcentral to call you you can ask them about the look inside and have them push it through manually. I think I had to do that once. Can you ask someone else to check the look inside on a different device for you? It shouldn't make a difference, but maybe it does, if you ordered it once before.

Just checked on my phone and the price is still off.  The e-book is 2.99 and cant go lower (nor do I want to drop it) due to the royalty structure.  The print was 11.99 for print and I reduced it to 9.99.  Yet Amazon show it listed as 11.99.

I just on my cell for content, and that seems to have been cached.  But the price.  Guess I'll have to call them.
