There is a promo for KU books, but I can't remember who is doing it? Written Word Media AKA free booksy and bargain booksy?
Reading Stacks and KU addicts. I think Reading Stacks requires up to 10 reviews.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Ideas?
After two weeks, I'd consider waiting a few weeks and letting things ride regarding new promotions. I've never ran promotions longer than 2 weeks. I think over 1 wk is a stretch for benefits (you start getting the same reader lists).
Because you're publishing books all at once, you have the option to rotate promos
IF your books are standalones. I'm planning on a very large promotion next month for a sequel book. Promos work for sequels if they're standalones--they have for me. They might not fare as well compared with a 1st book, but they keep readers engaged and still get me a good # of sales.
Final option. Submit to Bookbub. You can ignore what I said above about promos after 2 wks with BB. Even after a big launch, you can still get a BookBub a month later (they don't necessarily care, in fact the higher ranking might grab their attention). I got one after I was depressed with a launch of one of my books. The book had 3 reviews but was only 1month old (it was a sequel, btw).
edit} with your book, I'd also consider My Book Cave for future promos (not sure if that was part of your promo)
