Stop email notifications for post responses
« on: October 24, 2018, 08:39:52 PM »
I think I have the thing turned off to get emails when people reply to posts, but I still get emails. I don't want this. So, exactly how to stop it? Is there a way to fully stop it?

If you find out, let me know. It's driving me mad.

Forum Profile > Notifications.

Untick both boxes.

Set the first drop down to weekly.

Set the second drop down to Nothing at all.

At worst, this will get you a single summary a week, but you shouldn't even get that.

I had the two boxes unchecked, and something in the drop down menus, but I changed those to as you said. I'll let you know if that doesn't work. On an active forum, the emails can get overwhelming!

What Timothy said worked, haven't had any emails in a few days. Hooray!

Just got the weekly summary, which is easier to delete but still would rather not get anything at all. Guess there's no way to completely opt out, which is kind of weird, since I could for the WC. Oh, well. Have to deal, I guess.
