- Price higher than what makes sense on the other platforms, given the provable price elasticity of your product.
- Apply for promos.

ETA: I do like Kobo. I had them feature a free book yesterday. I had zero paid sales yesterday across my catalog of 40+ titles. But you never know!! LOL.
