Thanks for posting this. Any idea what "While Amazon’s dismissal of individual queries is infuriating" means?

I'm not saying that's wrong, but the only visible foundation for their prediction on that would seem to be Mark Dawson's statement. While I think the conflict of interest should be apparent to all reading the prediction because it references at least one of his products, there is still a conflict of interest.

Additionally, I'm holding out hope that more people will realize this: http://nymag.com/intelligencer/2018/12/how-much-of-the-internet-is-fake.html

I also think one (more AMS ads) and three (more indies making a living solely via publishing) are in direct conflict with one another.

That's preceded by a reference to several problems that happened in 2018, so I think it's referring to the lack of human response to any one person who tries to report things or get help. It's all being handled by AI software.

Of course. For some reason, I thought it was referring to doing search "queries" on Amazon.
