Members list?

I think I took a wrong turn and got lost.
How do I find the members list?

The "Members" link to the left of the "Logout" link in the line that starts out with "Home".

I still seem to be missing something.

Oh.  You joined a group.  Go back under your Group settings and make Registered Members your primary group.

No worries.  It's a bug or something.  If you join a group, features get taken away until you make the Registered Members group your primary.  No one knew until someone discovered that and reported it in one of the other threads around here.
