A shortcut to 'Show new replies to your posts'
« on: September 24, 2018, 02:29:23 AM »
Hello, everyone. I'm posting this authorized by TimothyEllis.

The Show new replies to your posts feature is broken for now, so in the meantime, there is a shortcut that works in a similar way.

Go into your profile and click Show Posts under your avatar. I'm not linking there because if I do, you'll get my posts, not yours. But if you click that link, you will be taken to a page with all of your most recent post starting with the newest. Bookmark that page to have a single click way to it, and when you click on any post in there, it takes you to the thread from the last post you posted, and it's the closest thing to 'Show new replies to your posts.'

I hope it helps, have a great day!

I will have a great day now, thanks to you. So much easier to navigate.

I tried hitting the thanks button, but it didn't work, but thanks.

If you see a 'new' button next to the thread title, click that, and it takes you to the last place read on your previous visit.
Genres: Space Opera/Fantasy/Cyberpunk, with elements of LitRPG and GameLit. Also Spiritual and Games.

Yes, that works great, I also bookmarked Show unread posts since last visit which is working just fine, and it will take you to a page with all the new threads and post, and in there a little 'face' icon will let you know the 'Topic you have posted in'.

The reason I prefer the 'shortcut to my posts' is because there are so many new threads and posts being posted each minute, that is time consuming to keep up, and while reading all the new content is awesome, I want to reply to anything I posted before first.

Anyway, thank so much for creating this place for us, TimothyEllis.

Do you know that Writer Sanctum is addictive, right? Well, it is. Please keep that server on, because forum withdrawal isn't fun.

And, just one more short cut, I've bookmarked the Notifications page under the Modify Forum Profile. There you get a list of your most recent threads that you are posting in with the NEW tag.
All available at Amazon, some available at B&N and some available God knows where
