google play publishing account -- access issues

I don't have access to my Google Play publishing account.  There doesn't seem to be any issue (I haven't been contacted, my books are still for sale), but the site won't let me have access.  I've contacted them and hope I hear back soon.  I just wondered if anyone else is having issues.  My laptop updated recently so at first I thought I just got signed out or something, but now I'm wondering.
